Community Hello,
I am very excited to continue to serve on the HOA of the Park at Merryfield.
When we first moved here in November of 2012 there were family Easter egg
hunts, parades for the 4th celebrating our great country and a place where
you knew your neighbor and felt safe. I would like to bring these traditions
back. I feel now more than ever with all the new families moving in, we need to
have young ideas on the docket. In the 11 years I have lived here in the I feel
we have lost that sense of family community.
A vote for me is a vote for all of you out there that have young families. We
need a voice for all of us with young families and I am here to be that voice for
you.
I live on Camelot St. with my wife and 2 kids. I am dedicated to helping our
community and keeping Park at Merryfield a beautiful place.
I want to be your partner in keeping this community to be the best it can be.
Sincerely,
Bill Jankovich

I have lived in the Park at Merryfield for 30 years, raised 2 kids
that are now married and on their own. I was on the City of Wilsonville’s
Development Review Board for 6 years (Chairman for 2 years), 25 years on
the HOA board—mainly as president, 35 years in customer service in the
financial services industry, 20 years’ experience in business management. I
have seen the City grow and have helped when possible with Work Days and
other events. I believe that if we treat each other as neighbors, we can make it
better for everyone.
Thank you for all your past support.

Carolyn Moore
My name is Carolyn Moore and my son, Nick and I moved to Merryfield in 2010. I
was born and raised in Oregon and have been a Wilsonville resident for 22 years. I spent most of
my twenties traveling and working as a Legal Secretary in Portland and Hong Kong. After receiving
my Bachelor Degree in Management, I moved to Southern California where I was a Human
Resource Director for over 10 years. I returned to Wilsonville in 2002 and worked as a Dental
Office Manager until I retired in 2019. In 2022, my sister and I inherited my great-grandfather’s 135
year old building and business in Newberg. We have since sold the building and now I do personal
taxes for fun!
Since losing my husband suddenly in 2023, I spend most of my time with friends, family and my big
English Mastiff, Bentley. I love living in Merryfield and look forward to serving my neighborhood.
Thank you for your consideration.

Born in Oregon, I have always enjoyed what this beautiful state has to offer. After graduating from
Tigard High School, I spent the next ten years in the United States Marine Corps; Serving as a jet
engine mechanic on the AV-8B Harrier, and as an Aviation Mishap Investigator. Unfortunately, I was
medically retired in 2007. Portland State University was my next step, where I studied Business
Leadership. I quickly found my calling in the non-profit sector and started a non-profit aimed at
helping veterans and their families. Our primary objective was to provide military honors and
resources to family members of the fallen, with a secondary objective to connect resources to
homeless veterans suffering from mental health and addiction. After several years of service, family
commitments required a change in professions where I became a stay-at-home father and served
for 4 years as the Vice President and President of my homeowners’ association.
In 2019, I begin my current career in communications with the United States Forest Service. In my
current role working for the regional and national office, I wear several different hats. Critical
Incident Response, Forest Protection Officer, Fire Public Information Officer, and Wildland Fire
Investigator.
Recently, I had the pleasure of serving on the Merryfield Fire committee where this committee
succeeded in reducing the fire risk to our community through informing and compelling local
leaders to reduce fuel loads and hazards in Graham Oaks Park. Thus, greatly reducing the fire risk
potential to our community.
I’m now seeking a seat at the table as a full-term member of the Board of Directors of the Merryfield
community. It is my firm belief that homeownership is still the American Dream, and in this day in
age, that Dream is not always attainable for everyone. It is because of this reason that when we as
homeowners achieve that dream, it is our right to enjoy our property. As a member of the Board, I
hope to bring new ideas, better communication, and above all transparency to all homeowners.
Standardized procedures, reducing and removing rules and regulations that no longer apply,
streamline business practices, and bring better accountability to those who serve our community.
I believe that homeowners should always be given the benefit of doubt and always treated with the
utmost respect and dignity.

My husband and I moved to the Park at Merryfield in 2018 to be closer to my daughter, son-in-law
and two awesome grandsons. After working with the Board to help organize the replacement of the
30-year-old mailboxes, I decided I would like to volunteer to join the Board. I have been the
secretary for 6 years and later joined the Landscape Committee after the ice storm, when the
neighborhood was a mess and our landscaper had retired.
My business experience began working at the University of Oregon Dental School in the Dean’s
Office and then the Registrar’s Office. I continued in the dental field as part owner and office
manager of a specialty practice in Southern Oregon. My last career was in financial services while
living in Lake Oswego, Tigard and then the Vancouver, WA area, and now I am retired and enjoy
doing volunteer work for the HOA.
This is a great neighborhood, and I am willing to continue to work hard to keep it that way.
Thank you!
