The Board of Directors has called a special meeting on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 7 pm to discuss the need to raise the HOA dues beginning in 2024. It will be held at 29174 SW Town Center Loop, West, Ste. 202, upstairs at Boones Landing PT.
This is not an official notice. This is only an informational Q&A meeting.
We will be there to answer any questions about this special vote coming up later this summer.
The goal of the Homeowner’s Association is to keep Park at Merryfield a great place to Live by:
• Maintaining the HOA Common Grounds.
• Making sure the landscape is well maintained and looking good including the water utilities
• Replacing broken or worn-out fences or equipment.
• Continue having our community events.
Our current income is not able to cover our expected/budgeted expenses. And we have only raised the annual dues assessed a total of $10 over the past 14 years.
There are strict guidelines for the process of raising the maximum dues, as we found out last year. Since we must go through this expensive process it is only reasonable to raise the MAXIMUM allowable to an amount that can accommodate many years. Therefore, we will be asking to raise the maximum to $150, but only assessing $125.
An official notification of this special vote will be mailed out later this summer.
