Annual Meeting Notice – Online Only – Jan 25th

Hello Park at Merryfield Neighbors,
A reminder that on Tuesday, January 25th our scheduled Park at Merryfield HOA
Annual Homeowners meeting will be held as an online ZOOM meeting at 6:30pm. The
link for the meeting will be emailed out closer to the meeting.
Our previously announced in-person meeting venue at Woods Middle School is no
longer available due to concerns about Covid-19; as such to ensure the safety of our
residents the annual meeting will be done remotely over Zoom like last year.
Please mail your ballots as soon as possible to ensure they are received before the
meeting. We will also accept scanned or pictures of ballots (one per address) emailed
to parkatmerryfield@gmail.com. (see below – please note fill out one section only – top or bottom – not both)
The presentation on Wilsonville crime prevention will remain as a highlight of the
meeting. We hope everyone stays safe and healthy and we look forward to seeing you
online on the 25th.
